Regular exercise offers numerous benefits for our health and body. It improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles and bones, enhances flexibility and it will helps to maintain a healthy weight. Exercise also boosts our mood by releasing endorphins, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and promotes better sleep. Overall, it contributes to a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of intensity exercise each week. Include muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days.

1.Cardiovascular Exercise:

2.Strength Training:

Strength training involves exercises that focus on building and toning muscles. It typically includes lifting weights or using resistance to challenge your muscles. You can Incorporate weightlifting or resistance exercises 2-3 times a week to build muscle and boost metabolism.

3.Balance Exercises:

Integrate activities like yoga or Tai Chi to improve stability and prevent falls. Some balance Exercises are Single-Leg Stand, Heel-to-Toe Walk, Side Leg Raises, Sit-to-Stand on One Leg etc.
