What is AP Brahmin pension scheme?
Andhra Pradesh government has launched the Kashyapa scheme in 2023. This scheme is also known as AP Brahmin Pension Scheme. The Andhra Pradesh Welfare Corporation is implementing this scheme. This scheme will be very helpful for the people of Brahmin community, so that the applicant will get some money as pension every month. If the applicant meets the eligibility criteria of the scheme, the amount will be transferred to the SB accounts of the applicants within a month. The State Level Committee (SLC) will be select the short-listing of applicants.
Eligibility for Kashyapa scheme:
•The applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
• Applicants should belong to Brahmin community
•The annual family income of the applicant should be less than Rs.75,000.
•The applicant should be a holder of white ration card.
• Women with disabilities, widows and destitutes will be eligible for the scheme.
How To apply kashyapa Scheme online:
Step 1- First of all go to the official website of Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation, the name of that website is www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in/.
Step 2- After visiting the website, you will see the ‘Schemes’ option. Simply click on that option.
Step 3- After that a list of schemes will be displayed, here you have to click on your scheme.
Step 4- Now the application form will appear in front of you, which you have to fill correctly ! after that upload the necessary documents as required.
Step 5- After all these work is done, click on the submit button. (In this way you can apply for AP Brahmin Pension Scheme)
Benifits of AP Brahmin Kashyapa scheme:
• Orphaned children below the age of 14 will get 2,000 rupees every month
• Disabled person will get 2,000 rupees per month
• Destitute women will be given 2,000 rupees every month.
• Elderly people above 60 years of age will be given 2,000 rupees every month.
• Elderly people above 60 years of age living in old age homes will get 4,000 rupees.
